Gee, I really wish I had the new Frank Turner... there is a proper place for this kind of talk lady! Someone should let me know where this proper place is, because I too wish this.

I have not been keeping up with new music. If anyone wants electronic music, the new Burial, Biosphere, and Submotion Orchestra rule. The new Grieves is a great surprise mostly because I had no idea it took him so long to get noticed. The Weeknd also put out a great grimy and sexy album, so get on that. The new Zomby and SBTRKT are also good. The latest from Thievery Corporation is surprisingly solid as well.

New La Dispute is pretty good. I like it better than their previous output so far.

the new Transit is a new favorite, so good. i'm also surpised how much I enjoy the new States album. I'm glad they went with a vibe that doesnt sound like any of their old bands but also not the poppy route. got a few listens of Jacks Mannequin, New Found Glory, Cobra Skulls, Man Overboard, This Time Next Year, all are good and on-par

The new La Dispute album literally makes me want to convulse into a million pieces. It's so goddamn good.
FUCKING SHIT. I turned it on and I was so inside of myself listening to it that I just couldn't let go of it. My favorite song on the album so far is "A Letter". I love it. Can I scream in here about how great it is? The poetic undertones, the youthful angst growing up into something more... relate-able? I don't know. We're growing up with them, we're growing up with Jordan's lyrics and for those of us who are going through the same thing, these songs remain anthems of what we're dealing with. It's hard to find an album that is so good, it raises my pulse due to sheer excitement.
KU-FUCKING-DOS, LA DISPUTE.
*edit* This album sounds so influenced by Tool to me. Am I crazy? Thrice was the perfect band to tour with for this release.

^ You described the album so much better than I could.
King Park is just brilliant.
Some of you might know/care that Enter Shikari released a new song from the new album. It's called Sssnakepit. Starts off with a questionable dubstep intro, but the meat of the song is real good. Pretty keen for the new album, and for them to tour here again.
I'd like to hang out with all of them, only got to chat to Chris(aka the pretty one as Tori calls him) last time.
