^ I think it was just our provider. Did the whole song and dance with turning it off, unplugging, replugging and so on.
That would have been major suck if it was australia wide.
Also, the little french style cafe near my uni building does not do a very good coffee. Was only warm, and seemed a tiny bit watery for a latte. Ones from work are much better, irregardless of the fact I only pay $2 for them outside of my shifts.

Sorry Charle to make an example of you, but do people really not know that "irregardless" isn't an actual word?

I see/hear "irregardless", I always hear David Schwimmer saying it in my head.

I absolutely love it when people take their tiny little babies & toddlers to the MALL to get their ears pierced... then freak the fuck out when they get infected... and do every single thing WRONG to treat the infection.
This girl has a kid the same age as Violet and got her ears pierced ~6 months ago. Now they're infected (surprise, surprise... just last week I watched Violet stick her hand on that nasty no-mans land in between the U-shaped toilet seat in a public restroom... then LICKED her hand) & what did she do?
- took them out - put rubbing alcohol on the ear - put Neosporin on the ear
3 strikes, you should be out.

That really hurt me to read, Heather. As I am a HUGELY anal about piercing aftercare. I think it's just terrible parenting to get your kids' ears pierced when they're too young to understand what's germy and what isn't.

I just don't even understand the mentality. It would be like me dying Violet's hair brown because I think it would be cute. It's her body, she can do with it as she pleases, whenever she pleases so long as she's responsible enough to take care of it. I can't actually find a piercing shop around here that'll pierce ears on kids under 7 so it looks like Vi's going to have to wait until then because she is NOT getting it done at the mall.

Jon's 'RIDE BIKES EVERYDAY' thing reminds me of the end of Dr. Dre's 'The Next Episode' at the end where Nate Dogg is like, 'Hey, hey, hey, hey... smoke weed everyday'. But in Jon's case, 'Hey, hey, hey... RIDE BIKES EVERYDAY'. I dunno if that's what you were going for or not, Jon, but that plays in my head.

Tomorrow is my four hour day at work tomorrow, and feeling shitty tonight, I've decided to risk drinking nothing but black tea and just pulling an "all nighter", then going in to make brownies with 2nd and 3rd graders and going home to make a fort and eat mac n' cheese.
What the fuck do I have to lose?

10-mile bike ride today was randomly rad. I almost hit a group of like six nutreas and also saw a homeless man giving another homeless man a shirtless massage. Yummy.

Sorry Charle to make an example of you, but do people really not know that "irregardless" isn't an actual word? I knoooow, but I like it. It's ingrained in my head, even if it isn't a real word. I have to meet with someone from uni today regarding my marks last semester. Failed 3 of my 4 classes, but I'm pretty sure I should have passed business computing. Got good marks on both assignments, and even though I did not do very well on the exam, I would think I had enough marks to push me over the 50 line.
