I love lifting. But over the past two or so months, I've been bulking up way too much and not really loosing any fat. I've had to switch up my normal routine: rather than lifting for 45 minutes three days a week I've cut that down to 20 minutes maybe twice a week and working to bump my cardio up another 15 minutes each day. It's only tough because as much as I force myself to work out, I honestly have no motivation. It suuuuucks. Not having a work out buddy is kinda boring, too.
I also started taking what's left of my Hydroxycut and have acquired a bottle of another brand of fat burner. I forgot just how much this stuff fucks with you the first few days you take it. After a week, though, things are mellowing out and I'm feeling better during the day.
I don't know how many people plan to ever use anything like Hydroxycut, but if you do, please be careful. The shakes and the headaches can be really freaky.

I do pilates 3-4 times a week, an 8-mile hike every Saturday, and ride my bike everywhere. The pilates are very simple and only take up about 30-40 minutes of my day, depending on how much I feel like doing. As mentioned in the food thread, I am also a healthy eater. I don't really exercise or eat well to lose weight because I don't need to, I just love the way I feel this way. So much energy, plus all the bike riding and hiking gives me killer fucking legs (fav part of my body, no doubt)!

I do arm and back weight training 2-3 (usually 3 but fuck it is sweltering in that gym now) a week. I try to do cardio in the form of the exercise bike or holding my own hyperactive dance party where no one can see, but again, it's summer :\

I really need to do some upper body exercises. I do a lot of cardio and lower body stuff, but my upper body strength is awful.

I hate hate hate hate hate HATE exercising. I'm a lazy oaf, basically. My ass prefers the couch. But I do haul my butt to the gym 3x a week. 2 days of cardio (45 minutes on the elliptical) & weight lifting, one day of Zumba.
I try to get out and walk for 2-3 miles once or twice a week in addition to the gym.
And I still keep packing on the pounds. Whatever though. A few more months and I won't have to worry about it again for a while.
(ok, and I'm secretly starting to save some $$ for lipo... and a, uh, boob job)

I got to start exercising again yesterday (officially anyway) and it became immediately clear that I fell out of shape. I mean really out of shape. I feel like I'm almost back to square one and I was only ordered to sit around for three weeks. Just when I was starting to build up some endurance. Oh well. It's not like I don't have unlimited time on my hands.

Does walking for miles (no, seriously, miles) through the Atlanta airport yesterday with 30 pounds of carry on luggage slung over my back count as exercise? I think I'll count it.

I think the fact that you didn't use the JET TRAIN! is exercise in itself

Just to give some scope, the average Wal-Mart Supercenter is 178,000 square feet. So you could fit 38 Wal Mart Supercenters in there, and that's just the terminal space.
