i'm trying to work my way out of this mental madness i've been in with exercise and studying. yesterday i ran six miles. today i'm working a 16. i feel like i either just got worked over by a ninja or had the most satisfying sex of my life.
but! the exercise started out with me doing the wii fit thing for a couple days, then turned into running until my legs gave out. i'm not sure if that's good or not, but i do have more energy.

Well, I've lost 30 pounds. Go me. Would anyone like to see my gross progress pictures? I warn you, I'm in a sports bra and yoga underwear.

Awesome that you set out and are accomplishing this!
Since I can't do pec exercises without injuring myself, I'm modifying my workout plan. /non descript
Also, anyone know anywhere I can learn the basics of yoga? Online? I need to be more flexible...

I think I might taking up rucking. Hell, I've only done a shit ton of it in my life. Packing 45 lbs of junk around while walking at high speeds? Pfft. Should be a fun trek. Especially through these gorgeous mountains.

BLAH! I was trying to find a photo of me a year ago so I can do a before-and-after, but alas! I don't really have a good full-body picture from a year ago. If anything, Katie should have some from her wedding. YEAH. KATIE. Can you post a picture of me in le bride's maid dress? I'll do a comparison of how that dress fits (*snicker*) on me now.

Well on one hand, I've gained like, 25/30 pounds in the last four years which is really good since I was teetering at 125 for a while and not eating a lot.
The only thing I really want to add is more ab stuff. Brittany and I are on this regiment and will bring all the boys to the yard... just to say no.
Also, ab stuff makes me feel like dying and shitting myself at the same time, so I guess I am doing something right.

I'll try to find a good one for comparison As for me, I'm now skating 5 days a week. 2 of them are intense training. I haven't lost weight from it (in fact, I've gained about 5 pounds) but my butt and thighs look awesome. Now to work on my abs and triceps!

Last March in Puerto Rico: Yesterday in New York City: I'm so happy. I don't think I've been this thin since my early 20s. And I feel great!
