On a whim I decided to do some exercise.
Couple of normal sit ups, some of those ones where you turn to the side and push ups.
I am badly out of shape. Gonna be like Batman and do more, get better, get fitter.
Once I've stopped hurting, I'll do more.

I dropped a full container of laundry detergent on my scale yesterday and it some how broke. This is bugging the shit out of me, because I weigh myself every day (this is a terrible habit I've developed). I need to get a new one, and hopefully it doesn't fuck with results... does this make any sense? I dunno. BUT, I weighed myself two days ago, aaaaaaand: I'VE REACHED MY FIRST GOAL!!! I've officially lost 30 pounds!! (About 3 weeks ago I said around the same thing, but my weight went back up by 3-4 pounds because of Thanksgiving and Halloween... whatever). I still have weighs (hahaha i am so hilarious) to go, because my body type is stupid as hell. I'm not sure what my next goal will be... I'd love to start toning up my stomach, but I don't want to build muscle on top of what I still need to lose, so I'll put that off until I lose maybe 15 more pounds.
I want to take up running, too. I'm really self-conscious when I run, but I think it'll something that I'm able to get through now. I just don't know whether I should start now, since I would be running outside and it's almost winter...

*P.s.: I sometimes work out more than usual when I'm drunk. A, it makes me less drunk. B, it makes me try to figure out why i'm so sore afterwards..

I have a total loss of 35 pounds now. STOKED. I would love to drop another ten. Ten more and I think I'll be in a great position. I'm currently at a weight that I haven't been at since...junior high. WEE!
Shit that's gonna happen once these holidays are over: -Get back on the diet track (luckily I've been pretty good thus far) -Cheat for another month with my fat burner of choice. Just to help get back on track -Back to swimming at least two days a week -Gym at least five days a week

I usually have no problem losing weight if I want to. It's just toning that needs to happen. Although, I suppose I don't NEED to really, but whatever.

I gained 5 pounds over the Christmas holiday but I've lost 11 this month. So 6 extra pounds since my 10 pounds post, yay!

Does anyone have any good tips for abs? I'm not necessarily looking to lose weight, but I'd like to get more tone. I don't do too much formal excercise; I simply walk A LOT. Doesn't do much for abs, though. I'm going to try to be good about doing crunches. I just need to be bikini-ready in about seven weeks...
